ABOUT OUR DOCTOR

  • Dr. Samuels is a graduate of the University of Maryland at Baltimore, Baltimore College of Dental Surgery. A native of Norfolk, Virginia, Dr. Samuels earned his degree as a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) in 1998 and completed his General Practice Residency at Miami Veterans’ Hospital Center in 1999. Dr. Samuels began practicing in the Montgomery County area in 1999.  He opened his Rockville, Maryland based practice in 2004 and is licensed to practice dentistry in Maryland, Washington, D.C. and Florida. Dr. Samuels enjoys tennis, hockey, music and traveling.
